Write a Letter to Your Friend Who Agrees to Stay at Your Place

Write a letter to your friend who agrees to stay at your place while you have to go for a vacation thank you, friend, for the stay at your place and

  • Remind him or her of the vacation dates
  • Tell your friends from where to take the keys
  • Tell your friend about some things which you want him or her to do at your place

Dear Smith,

I hope this letter finds you well. First of all, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for agreeing to stay at my place while I am away on vacation. It means a lot to me that I can trust someone like you to take care of my home while I am away.

As we discussed earlier, I will be leaving for my vacation on 4/10/2023 and will be returning on 4/20/2023 . During this time, you will have access to my entire place. To make it easier for you, I will leave the keys with my neighbor, Mrs. Johnson, who lives in apartment 203. You can collect the keys from her anytime on the day I leave.

Before I leave, I wanted to share a few things with you that I would appreciate if you could take care of. Firstly, I have a few plants in my balcony that need watering every other day. It would be great if you could take care of them for me. Secondly, I have a cat, Mr. Fluffington, who needs to be fed twice a day. I will leave his food in the kitchen, and his litter box is in the bathroom.

Lastly, I have a package that should be arriving during the week I am away. It will be delivered to my doorstep, and I would appreciate if you could collect it and keep it inside the apartment for me.

Once again, thank you for agreeing to stay at my place. I am confident that everything will be in good hands while I am away. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns.

Take care and see you soon.

Best regards,

John
