Nowadays, mankind’s livelihood is much better than it was in the past. A host of companies yield gyms, sports clubs, and other members to their workers; thus, they are fit, and this aids them at the workplace. However, some employees believe that it is a waste of money. I believe that the former carries more benefits than letter one; my inclination will be justified in the following paragraphs, along with a logical conclusion.
On the one hand, we all know that in this contemporary era, each and everything has its own rate or price and this kind of things is expensive in other words, the employee who is forehead and the only breadwinner in the family or penurious workers not effort it and for them, it is squandering time. Moreover, to be healthy and fit, going to the gym is not mandatory. A person can do it by their diet as well as their passion, commitment, and skills succor organization for productivity hence, and this is not beneficial.
On the other hand, there are several reasons why I believe this is good for individuals and companies. For living a long and healthier life, exercise is vital in the majority of criteria. Through this way, the organization stimulates the community. For example, due to the corona pandemic, a myriad of nations imposed lockdown; hence, seating at home forges obesity and increased weight regards predicament. As a result, if a person has free access, then they can go there to work on fitness.
In conclusion, although many organizations give gym, sports clubs types exercise places free access pass not only for own selfishness, it is also for encouragement although, for them it is expensive and they can increase productivity by another way.
