The Internet has played a vital role for humans being unfit( mentally and physically both). In the past, most of the work was done manually by which people remained fit and healthy whereas nowadays everything is done with the internet and latest technology due to which the ratio of obesity have increased. Nowadays people are spending most of their leisure time on phones and computers rather than playing and doing some physical activities. To overcome these issues we must exercise on a regular basis. Doing exercise or yoga on a regular basis makes us fit and healthyand also makes us free from stress and anxiety. Secondly, we should make a habit to spend some time with our family members as it reduces bordem and gave us a sense of joy. We all must participate in outdoor activities by playing football, cricket and other sports. Also, the parents should motivate their children to play outside rather than playing games online. Having meals together with family is also a great option to reduce loneliness.
Overall, by reducing time spent on the internet and doing physical activities we can be as strong as our ancestors were. Also by spending time with family while shopping or having meals is a great exercise to reduce loneliness.
