Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day!
I want to inform you that the Cookery course I am doing in our school is non-identical in how it has to be conveyed by the school. This is a two-year diploma course that helps students build their skills for a higher degree in culinary education.
The course is going well until last semester, but since our cookery professor has been changed, the new professor is not taking enough practice tests. As you know, cooking is all about sharpening your cooking skills, cutting, and creating new ideas. So due to fewer numbers practicals, we are not able to focus on our prominent role. Furthermore, next year, we have to attend campus interviews and compete in cooking trials and get a job. If this remains the same, It will be complicated for our culinary school students to get any job.
So I would request you to look into this matter. We should focus more on practicals rather than theoretical classes. We need to organize some cooking competition amongst students. Sometimes, we need to ask them to create a two or 3-course menu. This way guarantees me, we the students will be back on track and ready for our job interviews.
