INTRODUCTION:
cor for home is not a new trend for many decades. In the previous years, people usually go to the market to buy essential items only, while in recent years, this activity is used as amusement for city dwellers. According to my perspective, it is a negative trend because of disposable income in households.
PARAGRAPH 1:
To begin with, many citizens are experiencing dual-income in the families due to high literacy percentage and earning prospects nowadays, particularly in large cities where the emerging economy allows immense sources of earnings. Because of that, most of the city dwellers are affluent and afford to spare their money in exorbitant stuff such as branded outfits and cosmetics, which they find more enjoyable than other recreational or productive tasks. A recent study, for an illustration, being published in the Economics Times revealed that the percentage of citizens are going out for shopping is almost doubled than the last decades due to more earning sources. Therefore, human beings find shopping as a fun and entertainment task in these days.

Apart from this, it is believed that in the past times, shopping was a regular activity like others, due to people usually buying those stuff which they hardly require for their usage. As a result, they were able to save more time and utilize this time in other useful chores. However, today, because of unprecedented growth of civic pride and globalization allow amounts of brands to establish their showrooms in the cities with vibrant things entrancing natives to roam and to buy extravagant stuff to show off.
CONCLUSION:
To sum up, even though shopping is unproductive, in recent years, individuals have thrived as entertainment and adopted as part of their free activities. In my opinion, it is a negative mindset, particularly for young generations who are supposed to be a focus on their career growth instead of fruitless tasks.
