Question 1 How many hours do you sleep every day?

Answer – Well, sleeping is pivotal; if a person does not get good sleep, then it forge a health predicament, especially mental. It’s also scientifically proven. I sleep nearly 7 hours per day in bank days although, others day its couple of hours more.

Question 2 Is it necessary to take a nap every day?

Answer – Definitely yes, in this rat-running life, a person could easily be exhausted. Thus, forty winks aid them in many ways, such as feeling more energetic after a nap.

Question 3 Do older people sleep a lot? Why

Answer – I think golden ager sleep less than adults or juveniles. It’s natural, and right they sleep 5 hours per day.

Question 4 What time do you usually go to bed?

Answer – Well, I am punctual about following rules. I daily go to sleep at 10 o’clock. However, I’m a computer science student, and if I work on sometimes that time, it is late.
