The given bar charts demonstrate the six different European cities railway system by Kilometers per route and passenger per year, and passengers are measured in millions.
Overall, Paris had a long KM route whereas Madrid and Berlin had smaller distances as well as a small number of a passenger than other cities. Additionally, the majority of the passenger was in Paris.
For railway route, in 1863, Paris had a long railway route account of 394 KM; however, Stockholm had half route than Paris city in 1900. Lisbon and Rome’s route was 155 KM and 126 KM, respectively. Moreover, only the 11 KM route was in Madrid in 1981; after two decades, Berlin had 28 KM.
For passengers, in 1900, 1191 million travelled in Stockholm. Before three decades, in Paris city, 775 million passengers travel by rail. With 1927 million passengers Lisbon city had more passengers than another city while half million passengers were travelling in Berlin city in 2001. Rome and Madrid had 144 million and 45 million passengers respectively in 1976 and 1981.
