Write a letter to the accommodation officer.

In your letter,

give details of your course and
your arrival/departure date
explain your accommodation needs
ask for information about getting to and from the college

Dear sir,

My name is Simran Sharma and I am looking for suitable accommodation where I can peacefully spend 15 months to attend the short term course which I have applied at Brampton Arts College.

As a part of an aging society, my enrolled course, ‘diploma in gerontology’ would offer me an opportunity to deal with the elderly. This will encourage my contribution to society. As per my accommodating needs, I would prefer two bedroom set including garage and wide kitchen. The kitchen must have an open window for ventilation while it should also include a refrigerator and a dishwasher. I am prepared to pay anything between $600 to $900 as rent.
