I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to share some news with you – I have decided to leave my current job and look for a new one. There are several reasons why I have made this decision, and I wanted to explain them to you.

I feel like I am not being challenged enough, and I am not making the kind of impact that I would like to make in my career.
