Sample Answer of  Describe a Tall Building in Your Hometown You Like or Dislike

One of the tall buildings in my hometown that I dislike is the World Trade Park, located in Jaipur, India. The World Trade Park is a commercial complex that stands at a height of 136 meters and has a very modern and sleek design.

The World Trade Park is primarily used for commercial purposes, with several offices, shops, and restaurants operating within the building. It is also a popular destination for events and exhibitions, with several halls and meeting rooms available for rent.

The building’s design is what I dislike the most about the World Trade Park. While the building has a very modern and luxurious appearance, it seems out of place in a city like Jaipur, which is known for its rich cultural heritage and historical landmarks. The building’s exterior is made of glass and steel, which reflects the sunlight and creates a dazzling effect. However, this design makes it difficult to look at the building for an extended period, and the harsh reflections can cause discomfort to the eyes.

Furthermore, the World Trade Park’s purpose seems unnecessary and out of touch with the city’s needs. The building’s luxurious appearance and high-end stores cater to a small and wealthy segment of the population, ignoring the vast majority of the city’s residents who do not have the means to shop or dine in such establishments.

In conclusion, the World Trade Park is a tall building in my hometown that I dislike due to its out-of-place design and impractical purpose. While the building may be impressive in terms of its height and luxurious appearance, it ignores the cultural and historical significance of the city and does not cater to the needs of the majority of the population.
