Some think that fathers should have time off from work after the birth of a child. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is common in this world that after becoming parents, the male person goes for the job whereas the mother takes care of the child and plays a vital role in their development. A number of individuals believe that children’s parents have to take a break from work. I partially agree with the given notion my inclination will be justified in the followings paragraphs.
There are various reasons why I believe that after the birth of children, the father ought to prioritize the child more than work. First and foremost, we live in the 21st century; there was no dichotomy between men and women. Both have to work together. If a father gives more time to their children overwork, then it is also good for their development. For example, there is a huge chance that owing to these steps father-son/daughter relationship is not a mother; secondly, after giving birth to a child, for a mother, it’s a tough period. She is already struggling with health sometimes while she is required to handle home and take care of the baby; hence, if a man is there, then they can share the task. Such as during cooking time father takes care of the children.
However, take a break from work and give time to family sometimes forge tribulation. We all know that money is pivotal, and in case the breadwinner is at home, then the family struggle with the financial situation. For example, a man spends quality of time with mother and newborn baby it beneficial for them but owing to sitting at home for some time, a person struggling to run home.
In conclusion, although it has been debating that after a become parent, father of children has to stay at home instead of going on the workplace. In my view, this would be beneficial for children’s development and good for mothers; however, it forges financial predicament.
