To stay healthy, mental and physical strength is primarily, and we can go with exercise such as inhale and exhale breathing for mental strength.
To be honest, I am not a gym freak and don’t like to make muscle by eating tablets and powder, which is also deleterious for the human body.
I had no work during the lockdown, and my college was off due to our safety and the authority guidelines. I also know that a sedentary lifestyle is deleterious for my body. Therefore I decided to follow the diet.
Diet is key for a live healthy life even the person who does regular exercise. It aids in keeping our bodies in shape. I have been dieting since lockdown and on a daily basis. I ate only nutritional and protein food, especially fruits and salad. And I got this Erudition from the internet.
It was not easy as pie in the stating phase. Before starting the diet, I used to feeding according to my taste, and I had no specific menu or schedule for food. Therefore, I didn’t feel good to eat natural and without taste food, although I still continued to stick with it, which helps me a lot.
Thank to diet, I lost 3 kg weight during isolation in my home. It was exceedingly useful for being healthy. I still follow that module.
