Question 1:- Do you often write (or, send) emails?

Answer – yes I usually write emails 5 to 6 times a week.

Question 2:- What do you write about?

Answer – I write to my professor to set up a meeting with and to submit my assignments in a week.

Question 3:- Do you think emails are useful?

Answer – yes i think emails are a convenient way to contact someone who needs help or another thing you want.

Question 4:- What kinds of emails do you send and receive?

Answer – I usually send an email to request my professor for my doubt or submitting the job application to the employer and I have received the advertising mails of various companies as part of their marketing strategy.

Question 5:- Do you think it is a good thing that some companies send out letters/spam emails for the purpose of advertising?

Answer – No I do not think so because generally companies bombard advertisements for the purpose of marketing but due to them my email box remains full whenever I open my email account and I usually lose my important emails in them.

Question 6:- How often do you write letters?

Answer – I write a letter once a month.

Question 7:- What do you write about?

Answer – I usually write about my problem to my parents.

Question 8:- On what occasions do you write letters?

Answer – I write letters to my relatives on a new year and on the Diwali festival to wish them greetings.

Question 9:- Do you like writing letters to your relatives and friends? (why/why not?)

Answer – I like very much to write letters to my relatives and friends because they are closest to my heart and I can share everything about my life with them.

Question 10:- Do you and your friend keep in touch by (handwritten) letter?

Answer – No we did not write letters because in the time of the internet and smartphones i can call or chat with him directly.

Question 11:- How do you keep in touch with your friends and relatives (by email, letter, by phone or by any other way)?

Answer – as i said before we have remained in contact by WhatsApp because using it i can chat with him or even i can call.
