I don’t watch a lot of sports, but I do watch cricket, and I admire a cricketer Mr. MS Dhoni who was the captain of the Indian cricket team. He has a great ability to understand and manage the team.

MS Dhoni was from Ranchi Jharkhand and was from a very small city, and with very few resources, he was able to demonstrate his talent all over India. I still remember the first game he played in which he got Bolt it in five balls without any run, but it didn’t stop them from doing well in his next game.

I can even say that a lot of Indian youngsters are a fan of MS Dhoni because he is a role model for most of the youngsters. In T20 World Cup, in which they had 20 overs, he played so well, and the Indian cricket team got the trophy of T20 World Cup cricket because of the management skill of MS Dhoni and his spirit, which helped all the team members of the cricket team.

Answer – When it comes to physical education in children’s development, it helps to improve the metabolism of children, and it even refreshes their body and mind, so they are able to concentrate nicely on their education also, and it helps in keeping their spirit high.

Question 4:- What kind of exercises do Indian people like?

Answer – Nowadays people do different kinds of exercises some do yoga, some hit the gym, some even do a home workout, some do wrestling or some people just go for a jog or walk in the morning, these all are different kinds of exercise which people do because of their preferences, it solely depends on the person what they want to do and whichever suits their lifestyle.
