Fast food is a part of life in some places. Some people think this has bad effects on lifestyle and diet. Do you agree or disagree?
It’s true that humankind preferences and thoughts change over time. Past few years, for some people eat outside meals is like a routine life. A number of individuals believe that eating junk food harmful to the body. I firmly agree with the given notion, and my inclination will be justified in the following paragraphs, along with a logical conclusion.
There are several reasons why I would believe that it had bad consequences in terms of an economically and health. First and foremost, such kinds of spicy food are made from harmful ingredients if a person takes it regularly. In other words, it is well known and scientific facts that eating hotel or restaurant nourishments forge health predicament and welcome other illnesses. Secondly, we all know that fast foods are not affordable; if a person does not eat home meals or prefer street food, it is an economic burden. Furthermore, for cooking, having a vast knowledge of recipes and skill are required. The majority haven’t; hence they eat outside meals.
However, people have a hectic schedule and workload in this contemporary era and run at rat speed. Thus, the citizen has less time for other activities, in addition, going to restaurants and cafes would be a better option for them instead of making it home. Eating ready-made meals save them time. For instance, one survey conducted by times of New York demonstrates that 82% of Americans prefer to eat hotel food rather than homemade. Owing to daily stress and less time they do.
In conclusion, in a host of countries, junk food is part of numerous citizen lives, especially in western countries. I believe that due to lack of time and skill, they do although, this is detrimental for health and costly if a person takes regularly.
