Question 1:- Do you like fruits and vegetables? OR Do you like to eat fruit(s) and vegetables?

Answer – Yes, I do. I really enjoy eating fruits and vegetables because they are not only tasty, but also nutritious. Most fruits are sweet and sour but I have a sweet tooth because I only prefer sweet fruits.

Question 2:- How often do you eat fruits and vegetables? OR Do you often eat fruit(s) and vegetables?

Answer – I normally go to the supermarket once or twice a week to buy groceries. I also buy fruits and vegetable that last for at least a few days so that I can have them almost every day.

Question 3:- Why do you think fruits and vegetables are important for us?

Answer – I think fruits and vegetable can make us have a balance diet. They contain lots of proteins and vitamins that human body needs.

Question 4:- What kind of fruit do you prefer?

Answer – There are many kinds of fruits that I have on a daily basis but I prefer eating tangerines the most because it’s easy to peel and carry along with. Especially, it has sweet flavor that I like.

Question 5:- What fruit(s) (and /or vegetables) do you especially like to eat?

Answer – I’m into eating many kinds of fruits including kiwis, strawberries, oranges, and pears, that are flavorful. I usually eat after my meals as a dessert.

Question 6:- Do you like the same fruits and vegetables today as you did when you were a child?

Answer – As I grew up in Cambodia, there were plenty of tropical fruits and vegetables. Since I moved to USA, some certain kinds of fruits are not available in the local market. Therefore, I ended up trying other kinds of fruits and vegetables which I enjoy eating nowadays.

Question 7:- What fruit and vegetables did you like to eat when you were a child?

Answer – In my backyard, we had jackfruit tree and squash plant. I’m keen on eating those when I was a kid because they are natural and fresh. Especially, jackfruit is my favorite fruit because it’s not too sweet and it has good odor.

Question 8:- Is it easy (or, convenient) to buy fruit and vegetables where you live?

Answer – It’s convenient to access to the groceries market. It’s located in a town, which only 5 mins away from my house. I usually go there to grab fruits, meat, and vegetables.

Question 9:- Do you think people should eat more fruits and vegetables?

Answer – Yes they do as fruits and vegetables help you boost your immune system and prevent from some diseases. For example, bananas can protect you from heart disease as it has a certain substance to fight or reduce the risk. They’re not only good for inner health but they’re also helpful for skins, hair, and nails.

Question 10:- Do you think it’s (really) necessary to eat fruits and vegetables?

Answer – Yes I think so. Fruits and vegetables are very important for health. Besides consuming meat as a daily diet, people should eat fruits and vegetables because it enhances more vitamins and proteins.

Question 11:- How much fruit and vegetables do you think a person needs to stay healthy?

Answer – I think people should consume fruits and vegetable at least 3 days a week and 2 times a day to get adequate nutrition and stay strong.
