INTRODUCTION

It is commonly thought by many individuals should reserve all the money they receive, and avoid paying customary taxations to their respective governments. However, not following the tax system and process may prevent the development of any nation though I believe one should pay tax to state authority to smoothen the development process of a country. Firstly, this essay shall discuss how the taxation system is an integral part of the economy, secondly, it will argue how taxations may help to overcome the global crisis and needy people.

PARAGRAPH 1

Earning money and paying to state authority means contributing to the nation like a soldier who serves on the border. If any country wants to develop its strength in the financial department then all people should follow the tax system and government regulations. Development takes place only when the government receives enough money from the market likewise creating modern infrastructure and better types of equipment circulation of money required. For instance in Italy above 90% of civilians pay back money to their government where they have developed highly modern and advanced technology for hospitals. Thus, circulation of money much possible if one should pay taxes regularly.

Many countries globally suffer a lot when any destructive or artificial calamity occurs, at that time they seek aid from other nations to overcome the circumstance. Why one should pay tax as they are entitled to utilize their money whenever or wherever but they should also look after poor people and during such horrible crisis money can be vital to circulate. For example, during the global crisis of Coronavirus developed countries have had helped their people to fight against such a pandemic. Therefore, paying the tax to the government helps them to develop a crisis
fund.
