The line graph represents information about the proportion of those people, who used the internet in the USA, Canada, and Mexico from 1999 to 2009.

Overall, the far maximum percentage of internet users noticed in Canada. However, Mexico had far lower internet users as compared to USA and Canada.

It is apparent that In 1999, the proportion of internet users was about 5% in Mexico, while after 4 years it rose up approximately 30% in the same country. About 40%, Mexicans used the internet in the year of 2009. An increase of 80% was seen in those people, who used the internet in Canada over the given period of time.

Probing further, the USA had only 15% of people using the internet in 1999, whilst near about 75% of Americans used the internet in 2004. The percentage of internet users was lowest in the USA as compared to Canada. In 2009, almost 80% of people used internet in the USA , however, 100% of people used the internet in Canada in the same year.

Overall, it is lucid that the percentage of people in three countries who used the internet showed an upward trend over the period shown. The maximum internet users were seen in Canada and the U.S.A as compared to Mexico.
In 1999,20% of Americans had access to the internet, whereas the lower percentage of internet users was observed for Canada and Mexico about 10 and 5% respectively in the same time period as Americans. By contrast, the figures for U.S.A and Canada internet users increased dramatically from 20 to 70% for both in 2005. However, in 2005 the usage of the internet in Mexico reach 25%.
Further analyzing, from 2005 to 2009, Canada had a much larger proportion of internet users about 100%.In contrast,80% of Americans used the internet in the same time period as Canadians. Interestingly, the lowest percentage of people in Mexico who gave preference to the internet, accounting for 40% between 2005 and 2009.
