Music IELTS Speaking Part 1 Questions With Answer

Question 1:- Do you like music?

Answer:- To be honest, most of my free time is spent listening to music. And I have a great passion for melody and tone since it gives my brain the rest before diving into work and studying again

Question 2:- What’s your favourite type of music?

Answer:- It is hard to say, but I prefer jazz and classical music the most. I guess it is because my mom tended to turn up these genres of music the whole, and somehow this has affected my taste of music up to now.

Question 3:- Can you sing?

Answer:- Frankly speaking, I am quite embarrassed when singing as my voice is always cracked if I try to sing the high note. Usually, I only get a kick out of this activity while I am taking a shower or being alone in a tranquil place.

Question 4:- Did you learn music at school?

Answer:- Yes, of course, during my primary and secondary school time. But to me, it is quite dull and tedious as I am unable to learn or sing my favourite songs

Question 5:- If you could learn a musical instrument, what would it be?

Answer:- Obviously, it is gonna be piano, the reason for this may be when I was knee-high to a grasshopper, I came across the piano performance of the artist called Louis Lortie on TV, and since then I have been so impressed and laboured the dream of trying piano.

Question 6:- Do you think music is important?

Answer:- From my perspective, music plays such an essential role in life that everyone used to dream of being a famous pianist or guitarist, and so did I. But the main feature that makes it so important is that it helps listeners relieve stress and pressure from work
