Sample Answer of Talk About a Law on Environmental Protection
So, the law that I am aware of, I have very limited knowledge on environmental law and regulations that have to do with environmental science and preserving nature. But the one law that I am aware of is the recent law that has been passed in my home country where hunting of endangered species, like the snow tiger, the snow leopard, I believe, has been prohibited because of its diminishing population.
I first learned about it when I visited the northern area of my country, and I went on an internship for six weeks up in the mountains. So, this is the natural habitat for the snow leopard where I first came to learn about the snow leopard itself and then I came to know about all the laws and regulations enforced to protect its population since it was a very popular sport to hunt these snow leopards.
They were considered as a big trophy if you managed to hunt one. I feel very happy and delighted that such an initiative has been taken in my country, where there are already so many problems that protecting an endangered species would be at the very bottom of the list of concerns. But I’m very glad that they did take this into account and action has been taken to protect it.
