Write a letter of complaint about late delivery to the website where you ordered an item. In the letter, you should tell:-

- Why and when did you order that item?
- How would you like them to resolve this issue?
Dear sir,
I am one of the regular customers Of your site. I frequently use to purchase things from your site. I am writing this letter to complain to you about my recent order of purse of caprasy.
I had put the order on Thursday, and at that time, delivery was showing for Saturday. That was the only reason that I chose that particular bag. As of right now, I am in a needy situation. I actually wanted that to gift, my friend, on Monday. so I ordered on Thursday, but still I did not receive it. This is almost four days from the day of the order. This happened like I placed the order, but I was not able to gift it, and I had to purchase another thing to give.
I want you to cancel my order as it is not of any use to mine and request you to refund my money as soon as possible if you fail to do that, I need to take any action.
Requesting you resolve my problem as soon as possible.
