The heating system is also not functioning properly, and we have been experiencing cold drafts coming through the windows and doors. Furthermore, there is a leak in the roof that needs to be repaired as soon as possible, as it is causing water damage to the ceiling.
We would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to address these issues. We would like to request a repair of the heating system, fixing of the shower, and repair of the roof as soon as possible. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could help us find another student to share the spare bedroom to make the rent more affordable for us.
