Well, there are several foreign celebrities whom I admire and would love to meet, and one among them is Hollywood star Robert Downey Jr. Or RDJ, as many call him. He is one of the most lucrative, outstanding, and respected actors today. He is known worldwide for his role as Tony stark and iron man in the Marvel studio movies. He is an astonishing and versatile actor. He has acted in several movies, but I first noticed him in Ironman, and from that instant, I became an ardent fan of him. I watched the two ironman sequels, and the Avengers series on that RDJ’s performances were really out of the box. I believe he is one of the key reasons why marvel studio movies have been so, especially Avengers endgame, which broke records in almost every country. There are plenty of reasons there why he is so interesting. Firstly in the 1990s, he was in the firm grip of drug addictions and violent behaviors. From there, he survived and rehabilitated himself. He got into a lot of trouble and was even incarcerated and led to bankruptcy. His carrier was a tailspin. Moreover, I’m not fanatically following him for his charisma and huge talent, but I appreciate his determination and diligence to rise from noting by controlling the drug addictions. He did not quit when things looked bleak. He was able to get back on his feet and his life and career on track. So he is a huge inspiration to many.

Answer –  I am afraid to say that, now I have plenty of friends who are residing in various countries, and commuting to them makes me realize and understand the different cultures and traditions in that particular nation. So yes, through our foreign friends, we can seamlessly access or get to know a country while keeping a large distance. For instance, when I talked to my best friend who is settled down in Canada helped me to understand the seasonal changes of North America.

Answer – It seems to me, it is really necessary to know the country before migrating to it. It can alleviate the symptoms of cultural shock, and through the pictures and description of words, we are indirectly making a connection with the country and so understanding the nation before move-in will familiarise us with the surrounding. These days I would like to migrate to the United Kingdom, so I frequently call my friends to ask about the working hours and leaves. Through these, I can make strong conclusions regarding my job over there.

Question 3:- What do you think of people who work in international companies?

Answer – Well, I believe they are absolutely lucky because they are working in international companies which will aid them to make a lot of friends from different countries and help them to understand various cultures. It is really a great matter having friends in each country.

Question 4:- What abilities do people need to have when working in an international company?

Answer – Well, the people who are working in international companies will have an excel expertise in language because they came across people from different countries so in order to communicate with the English is an excellent tool as it the universal language. Moreover, should have problems solving and decision-making skills l, management of clients, etc.
