Answer- People who are easy to get along with are people who always wear a smile on their faces. People who look friendly and approachable. People you share the same interest with are also easy to get along with because there is so much you can discuss together.

Answer- Leaders get along with their subordinates by communicating instructions clearly. They should allow subordinates to express their needs and concerns without any fear of intimidation. Leaders should also find an amicable way of instructing subordinates so that they perform their duties gladly.

Answer- I do not believe people have enough time for themselves. Nowadays, people spend a great portion of their time at their workplaces. From work, they spend a significant amount of time in automobile traffic before getting home late. On weekends when most people do not work, they have a lot of chores to complete because they didn’t have enough to perform them during the weekend.

Answer- I enjoy talking with other people because I learn so much from them. They always share a lot of experiences that I can apply in my life. They also, more often than not, have a lot of interesting stories to share; hence talking to them is never boring.

Answer- People need to help each other at any place because they cannot perform all tasks perfectly. You may need someone else’s help in performing certain tasks, no matter how small they may be.
