Some Believe that People Are Naturally Born as Leaders,

Some believe that people are naturally born as leaders, while others feel that leadership skills can develop. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Many are of the view that leadership is the skill that can be developed over that many België’s that it is the gift of God. There are many reasons for this. Both views and my opinion are explained further in the ensuing paragraphs.

To begin with, many people feel that there are many leaders who are born with this quality. I firmly believe that no one can not teach you how to lead a group of people or a country. It is an inbuilt system. This quality comes from the parents. That is called it can come from heredity. This is a kind of confidence that can not be brought or learned from others. This is into the person.

On the other hand, some believe that it is not required to have this skill since birth. One can take the example of Shri Narendra Modi, who is the prime minister of India. He does not come from the background of a politician. They started from nothing but the inside quality of their leadership encouraged them, and they became the one man who led India.

To conclude, I firmly believe that some qualities can be developed by self-motivation and self-confidence. It does not require pre-knowledge. So I support the second view that leadership quality can be developed.
