Some People Think that All Teenagers Should Be Required to Do Unpaid Work in Their Free Time

Some people think that all teenagers should be required to do unpaid work in their free time to help the local community. They believe this would benefit both the individual teenager and society as a whole. Do you agree or disagree?

It is an irrefutable fact that adolescents should be employed in any job with nil income, and this frequently generates a remarkable deal of heated debate. In my perspective, I vehemently accord with the given assertion, which is of immense significance, and teenagers should be made to get into jobs during their spare time. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I will elucidate my statement with credible illustrations.

To start with, some people claim that it is crucial for adolescents to hunt for jobs and start their careers in their spare time. This influences them to learn numerous skills at their workplaces. They will understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration with co-workers to achieve a task along with focusing on individual progress. Furthermore, there are companies which offer employment with zero wages incurred; they provide various other incentives such as food coupons and shopping vouchers to ensure they are always motivated. This eventually attracts young citizens to work for these organizations. Some multinational companies allocate scholarships to their young employees if their overall performance is outstanding. Therefore, though these youngsters do not receive wages, their employers provide other noteworthy benefits to keep them encouraged and focus on their career growth even at the early stages of life.

In a similar fashion, there are not only organizations but also a plethora of volunteer clubs that are encouraging juveniles to render aid which eventually makes them understand their role in the community. The social clubs recruit these teenagers and assign various volunteering tasks such as collecting donations from affluent residents in the locality. The collected sum is further utilized for the education of underprivileged children. If they have extra funds, the club members utilize this cost to provide incentives in the form of scholarships which are beneficial for their further education. Thus by rendering assistance to the needy, they are making enormous contributions to the public.

Taking everything into consideration, adolescents have a wide range of merits by working at young ages, and this enhances their individual growth, and they also make the society a better place to stay though they are deprived of income.
