The pie chart and the bar chart depicts the information regarding the source of complaints of USA Bank and the average time of investigation data to final action.

It is crystal clear, the highest proportion of complaints regarding bank of America by the public was 63%. Whereas, the least percentage of complaints about the bank by others was 2% only. The second-highest proportion of complaints by government agencies the figure was 11%—next, 10% of complaints throughout of State about the bank. Furthermore, a similar percentage of complaints by bank employees and media was 3%.

Moving towards the pie chart, the maximum amount of time was consumed in 2001 for investigation data to final action six months. The minimum amount of investigation was utilised in 2004 with approximately five and half months. Furthermore, the figure noticed that the average time to final action used more than five months in 2000—however, the similar time used in 2002 and 2003 was almost five months on the investigation.

Overall, a similar source of complaints about banks of the USA was observed by media and bank employees. In the pie chart, the similar time consumed for final action in 2002 and 2003.
