You Are Going on a Short Training Course at a College in Greenmount

You are going on a short training course at a college in Greenmount, Northern Ireland. You need somewhere to live while you are there. Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In your letter:

  • Explain your situation
  • describe the accommodation you require
  • say when you will need it

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing this letter to describe my situation after I move to your college. I do not know anyone in Greenmount or nearby area of the city, so I am very tense about my accommodation. I request you to help me out in this situation.

I will be moving there by the second week of the next month. I am looking for a place which should be closed to my college campus as well as it should have transportation service available. Moreover, I want an internet facility in my room. I will be managed if I have to share a room with somebody as long as they keep cleanliness. According to me if you can find me a place which is close to any grocery store or supermarket too, that would be great for me. I am ready to pay the first and last month rent together for a deposit, and also, I can afford up to $500 per month.

My course is a short training course so it will finish within six months, so I will notify them before one month of I leave the place. Now I am waiting for your positive response.

Yours faithfully
