You Bought a Ticket to a Music Concert

You bought a ticket to a music concert. However, you are unable to go. So you decide to give a ticket to your friend. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter Say about the concert Why you are unable to go Explain how your friend can get your ticket.
Dear Rom,

I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I’m writing to tell you about the music concert that I was planning to attend and to ask if you would like to go in my place.

The concert is for one of our favorite bands, and it is going to be held next week on Friday at the local stadium. I have been eagerly waiting for this event for weeks and I was so excited to attend the concert. However, something unexpected has come up and unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it to the concert.

Since I can’t go, I’d like to offer my ticket to you. I know how much you love this band and it would be great if you could experience the concert. The ticket is for a prime location and I’m sure you will have a fantastic time. The concert is sold out, and I don’t want the ticket to go to waste, so I thought you might like to take it instead.

To collect the ticket, you can either come to my house and pick it up or I can mail it to you if you prefer. If you decide to come and pick it up, I will make sure to be available at a time that is convenient for you.

I really hope that you will be able to make it to the concert and enjoy it as much as I would have. Please let me know if you’re interested in the ticket and I will make arrangements to get it to you as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Simran
