You find that your study load is too heavy. Write a letter to your college teacher explaining why you need to withdraw from two courses. Ask if it is possible to obtain a refund.

I’m afraid I won’t be able to attend all the enrolled subjects this year, and therefore I’m writing to you to request your approval for withdrawal and fees refund.
I realized that lately, I’ve been too busy studying for my research project this year. The submission deadline for this project is around the corner, and hence I’m unable to focus on the Calculus subjects. Consequently, I’d have to withdraw from the two Calculus subjects, namely Advance Integration and Differentiation by Part.
I appreciate your support and guidance, as you’ve been truly helpful to us. Further, I seek your cooperation to arrange approval for this withdrawal request. This will enable me to claim a refund of the course fee from the college accounts department.
