Question 1:- Is it difficult to stay focused on something?

Answer:- Considering the fact that how we youth are constantly busy with our life doing n- numbers of works together can be a hindrance to keep ourselves focused on one particular thing. It can be difficult to just work on one thing because our mind is just too cogged up with many thoughts about work, children, friends, parents etc.

Question 2:- When is it hard to concentrate?

Answer:- I think it is very hard to concentrate when we are demotivated or constantly saying that I am not good enough for it. We easily get disheartened if someone criticizes us, and this will affect us, and we just keep losing our focus.

Question 3:- What may distract you when you are trying to stay focused?

Answer:- In my point of view, I think if someone is constantly bugging me with their thoughts or keeps pressuring me to keep finishing it, then I lose focus. Also, when someone close to me is having a bad time can make me lose my focus to do a particular task.

Question 4:- In what situations do you need to concentrate?

Answer:- A situation like completing a given task in a given period of time is getting delayed or when I am doing art I need a full concentration to it.

Question 5:- When do you need to be focused?

Answer:- While I am teaching to my students or while I am giving an exam or preparing for an exam, I need concentration.

Question 6:- What do you do to improve your concentrate?

Answer:- Usually, I believe that doing meditation helps me to improve focusing on one task and if not that, then I prefer to listen to calm music and try to focus.

Question 7:- What do you do to help you concentrate?

Answer:- Giving a thought about that task and thinking about it continuously and talking to my friend can help me to focus.

Question 8:- Is it easy for you to do two things simultaneously?

Answer:- I think for some things I can do two things at a time; for example, I can read a novel and then I imagine also. Or I listen to music and can cook.
