Intro
Everyone has heard the famous quote, “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise but youngsters these days are reluctant to rise early. In the same way, I’m not an early bird. I get up early in the morning only for special occasions or where I’m required to reach early.
When it happened
I vividly remember that a year ago in the winter season, Government announced a week’s holiday. So my friends and I planned to go on a trip for a week to the hilly area called Shimla.
Why you got up early
I got up very early. Because we had to leave very early in the morning so that we did not get stuck in the traffic. In addition, we would have more time to spend there. Shimla is approximately 260 kilometers away from my hometown and it takes almost 6 hours to drive there. Therefore we decided to leave early. As I had never been to such a place before and I was very excited to go there so I couldn’t sleep that night.
Who you were with
I was with my classmates and most importantly they are my best friends. We were a group of 7 people to go on a trip to this hilly area. We booked Innova car that we could all travel comfortably.
And explain how you felt about getting up early.
At the beginning of our trip, I felt a little sleepy because this was the first time when I have to deal with such an early start but when we entered the hilly areas the fresh air attracted me, and it vanished my all thoughts of sleep. Then, throughout the whole journey, I feel very energetic and fascinated. So from that time, I think getting up early in the morning is not challenging as I had thought. the chirping of birds attracted me and I was so amazed by it because it was the first time I heard birds chirping in real before I heard it in movies or songs. So this was the occasion when I got up extremely early.

A:- Mostly youngsters these days prefer getting up early because of having a lot of responsibility for studies, jobs or running their business. Moreover, people who are health conscious wake up early for exercising, running or performing yoga for keeping themselves healthy.

A:- Well in my hometown, the majority of elders get up late and in fact, it’s not easy for them to get up early because they might be suffering from any health issue they sleep quite late at night after meditation because they do not go on work or job as compared with the young people who have their academic classes or tuitions to attend in the morning and them are the one who is habitual of getting up early.
Q:- What are the benefits of getting up early in the morning?
A:- Getting up early gives you a kick start for the day ahead. Besides allowing you more hours for your work, it also boosts your speed. Studies have suggested that when a person gets up early, he is more energetic and takes lesser time to do a task that would take more time otherwise. He is also more adept at taking better decisions, planning and achieving goals
