Large companies should pay higher salaries to CEOs and executives compared to other workers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this competitive era, most organisations are run by top-level executives. Therefore, gigantic industries ought to pay an enormous amount to company leaders than their employees or group workers. I strongly agree with the given notion, and my inclination will be justified in the following paragraphs, along with the logical conclusion.

To embarking with, numerous reasons behind it indicate that the person who runs the company plays a vital role. First and foremost, any company CEO must have a strong theoretical background. They have proven capability by working and experience additionally, having a leadership quality and erudition of the global market. As a result, the company hire them with a high package. They are also aware of cutting edge technology and skill, and for it, they have the capability to handle the critical situation and run business smoothly. For instance, conducted one report demonstrates, 70 to 75% of private companies whose heads have insights into business and their profit rate is above four in the fifth percentage compared to government companies.

Secondly, any company CEO run the industry and make some decisions that set the pathway of organization success; sometimes, it is different from others.  In other words, if we look at Tesla and ford companies, ford company is more than half of the century. In contrast, Tesla company CEO Elon made a host of tough decisions, and its aid to worth, Tesla company worth is more than double of ford.

To summarize, it's seen that mega-companies pay a high amount of salary to a CEO or head of organizations as compared to other employees. I believe that the person who runs the company has insights into global economics,  skills, and experience. Therefore salary difference is seen.
