Some people say that EBooks ( Kindle) and modern technology will totally replace traditional newspapers and magazines. To what extent do you agree or disagree.
Nowadays, a plethora of people shifted towards digital platforms. Thus, a number of individuals believe that in the future traditional dailies will be vanished and digital books will take that place. I agree with the given notion, and my inclination will be justified in the following paragraphs, along with the logical conclusion.
There are numerous reasons why I believe this will happen in the future. First and foremost, in this contemporary era, the majority of people have a hectic work schedule and have less time for reading a physical piece of broadsheet additionally, this will continue in the future too. E-books like Kindle and other modes are easy to access as well as the person can read whenever want or in idle hours. For example, as per one survey, 65% of people who do professional work, such as employees, read tabloids at the workplace when they get a break.
Secondly, there are abundant websites that yield books, magazines and news digitally, and it is free of cost and easy to access. Moreover, the person can read or access it from any corner of the world; geographically boundaries do not interrupt them. For example, presently, any person can read any international and other language newspaper same as books.
However, around the world, there are still millions of people who are not tech-savvy and not able to run a computer or Smartphone, especially in developing countries like India, Nepal. Reading online person should have to have a device and network connection. Another reason is that changing tabs and opening for getting the grant is hard for uneducated people.
In conclusion, while people shift toward reading online books, magazines, I believe that some years later, digital material will be the main form of source for people rather than physical paper except in poor and underdeveloped nations.
