Question 1:- Are you ever late for anything?
Answer – Yes of course sometimes I am late for my classes and a few times I even lost my school bus as well,but I’m not a late bird.
Question 2:- What excuses do you use when you are late?
Answer – well it’s an interesting question, i always ended up cooking some random stories ,but if there is any genuine reason behind my lateness i will inform them .
Question 3:- What excuses do people have when they are late?
Answer – well, most people manipulate traffic as the culprit for their late arrival. Other than that, a few excuses are change in bus schedule, road accidents ,increased domestic chore and arrival of guests in the morning.
Question 4:- Are you good at organizing time?
Answer – well,as a person to an extent i believe i am good at organising my time.Time management is an essential skill which enables things to run smoothly.So i always plan my day beforehand.
Question 5:- How do you usually organize time?
Answer – its an interesting question,as i said earlier i plan my entire day beforehand by setting achievable goals for myself and also prioritise every pending task based on the importance and urgency.Moreover i am always focused and diligent towards my work.
Question 6:- Do you think planning is important for time management?
Answer – As far as Concerned ,planning plays a pivotal role in effective time management. An individual needs to plan his day well in advance to make the best possible use of time. There is no point in working just for the sake of doing work. Planning gives an individual a sense of direction in the organisation and motivates him to complete assignments on time.For instance while i’m preparing for my ielts exam i always plan to cover every 4 modules in a day.
Question 7:- Why do you think some people pay to learn time management?
Answer – Well,some people are not that efficient in planning time so that’s probably what made them enroll in time management courses,on top of that, it is a systematic course that contains several skills and techniques so making those skills handy will enhance work productivity and overall performance.
Question 8:- Do you think children should learn to manage time?
Answer – absolutely,learning time management skill at the tender age make children more self sufficient by organising or arranging their own time table.Moreover the benefits of the skill will definitely reflect in their future life.
Question 9:- Why do some people find it hard to follow their plans?
Answer – well, general speaking sometimes people couldn’t follow their plans and it’s an ordinary thing.The primary reason for that setting unmotivated or unachievable goals, goals which are not enough to excit a person they will probably ended up in dropping the plan. apart from that something is fundamentally broke their planning such as unexpected things or emergency situations which made them to deviate from their plan and make it as priority one.So all these reasons might hamper their planning.
Question 10:- How would you teach your children time management?
Answer – Well, I made some syartegies to develop time management skills in Children.My first strategy will be while preparing the schedule for children ask them about the preferable time for studying and playing moreover i will introduce kid friendly time management tools like colourfuk magnetic calenders which made enable them to plan visually and writedown the tasks.On top of that, consideration if rewrads each time we can give rewards to the children for the efficient timeanagenent these perks Can be great motivators.All together make it as fun ratherthan a serious tasks
Question 11:- Do old people and young people manage time in a similar way?
Answer – No,old and young people do not manage their time the same way.Old people have more life experience and they understand the importance of time management better than the young generation.The young people may be too impulsive or impatient and may not understand the importance of planning ahead.Another difference is the way the younger generation manages time.They make more use of technology and the old people may use the traditional methods,like a timetable or writing down a list of tasks.
