I’m writing this letter to report about faulty and interrupting Internet service that I have been facing for a week.
I’m Vikas; my connection number is 0162492893. Last month, I took WiFi connection with a quarterly plan of rupees 1200. Although everything was going superb, from a month speed of the Internet is not up to the mark, and at night the net signals vanish completely. I lodged complaints via call three times before but have not responded yet.
It is completely annoying since these days, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online classes are conducted everywhere, and I miss classes. Moreover, my college work has been pending for a week due to bad Internet service. Therefore, I want you to send a serviceman as soon as possible so that I can attend further classes.
In addition to this, I request you to reduce payment from the upcoming bill of broadband for the period in which Internet service was not available to me.
