I was in sophomore student, and our college organized one cultural event, and I have participated in it. My role was to give a presentation on Indian culture. Our MLA was invited, and he was our special guest.
The entire speech language was English, and I never gave a speech in English before. That time this gonna be my first ever registration. I was excited, and I burn midnight for my preparation. In starting period, it Wasnt easy as pie, although I also took some advice from my senior who did it before and from my professors, especially literature and communication tutors. I address my fault and repair it before my speech.
Event day, I was a bit nervous as well as curious. Like whats happen?. I felt like a butterfly was flying in my stomach when the speaker invited me by announcing my name. Speaking in English was also tough and head of more than 600 people. When I started to speak, my voice was a breakdown, then my friends and some students cheer up my name, and I got confidence. I have spoken for more than 4 minutes.
